Bayonne Schools Boost Security After 12-Year-Olds Followed By Man

Bayonne schools will see a boost in security after a pair of 12-year-olds were followed to school by a man, district officials said.

An unidentified white male wearing all black followed the boys on their way to the Walter F. Robinson Community School near 31st Street Monday morning, Superintendent John Niesz said.

Additional police patrolmen and district security guards will be placed around the school before and after school to ensure the safety of the children, Niesz said.
